Results of our survey

This summer, we conducted a client questionnaire, using a sample of 200 of our clients. The clients were selected randomly by our computer system. The questions were devised to give a broad overview of what our clients think of the services we provide. We had an excellent response (37% - 10% is usually considered a good response) and the following charts indicate our findings:
